Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least a day before your original appointment time. Any changes made outside of the 24-hour window are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.
Refunds
All service charges, products, and facial packages are non-refundable. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, please give us your feedback via email.
Check-In
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. This is to ensure that ample time is available for consultation and registration (if you are a new client).
Clients who arrive late do not receive an extension of service time. Please be respectful towards the time of subsequent clients.
Noise Level
We strive to provide a pleasant and relaxing experience to all clients. Please mute your electronic devices during your visits and maintain conversations at an appropriate volume level.
Cleanliness
We are committed to maintaining a clean environment in our facility. Please help us by disposing of trash properly and not bringing any drinks or food items with you (water is completely fine).
Accommodations
Please let us know ahead of time if you have any allergies, health conditions, or special needs that we should be aware of.
Gratuity
A gratuity amount of 15-25% of your service charge is highly appreciated and encouraged. The tip you pay goes directly to your assigned esthetician/technician.
Promotions
Promotions cannot be combined with each other, with gift-cards, or with vouchers. If you have any questions, please seek clarification from us prior to your appointment.

Liwei Beauty is not responsible for any losses or damages to personal belonginings.
